- 12 Euro delivery service to the apartment
- Surcharge for single occupancy double room: 30 Euro
- Surcharge for dogs: 11 Euro per day and dog
- Extra charge for short stay up to 3 nights: 50 Euro
- Extra cleaning for the apartment 20-40 Euro
- Daily cleaning: 10 Euro per day
- Discount for a minimum stay of two weeks: 40 Euro per booked weekche

General conditions:
- The booking is valid as soon as the deposit (30% of the booking amount or at least the price of three nights) is received on our account.
- In case of cancellation before the day of arrival the deposit will be retained.
- In case of early departure, the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged.
- Arrival is possible 24h.
- On the day of arrival, the apartment is ready for you from 3 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 am at the latest.
- Dogs are welcome guests.
